Does anyone have any information on the Navy Surface Warrior (or Warfare) Ball for 2011 in Virginia?

I am looking for information on the Surface Warrior (or Warfare) Ball for 2011 in Norfolk, VA for the Navy. Last year I believe it was around mid-May but I can't find any info at all right now.
