How can i do this anymore????????!!!!!!!?

I recently moved to norfolk (in the uk) and left my girlfriend back home, obviously i didn't want to move i was forced as someone in the family got a job and so what can i do/get her to keep her next time i visit (in 3 days). I love her with all of my heart but i am stuck as i am worried that she might dump me, also we were together for about 9 months. If anyone has any advice please share as i am worried =(
