What should I do about a destroyed bag, handeld by Southwest Airlines.?
Earlier Today I flew back home to Nashville from Norfolk, and i checked 1 bag. I headed to the baggage claim and and got my bag and it was completely torn and ripped with at least a 5 inch hole in it, enough that articles in the bag could have fell out. So i headed down to the southwest office. They were very nice and helpful. They gave me a brand new Traveler's Choice 27 inch bag(which, by the way is an off-brand type of bag). The bag I had previously was Pierre Cardin, a little larger than the travelers choice bag. I had it awhile and it was in great condition. I would like to replace the bag i had at first because it came in a set. Is there any way that i can call southwest after the fact and get my money back for it or get the difference?
