Can you get into NSU(Norfolk State),BCU,SU(Southern University and A&M), or JSU with a 2.9-3.1 GPA?

Im a sophomore in high and usually my gpa fluctuates between 2.9 and 3.1, I was just wondering will any of those colleges accept me. (My Mock SAT score was 1300 just to add a litte extra info)
