I just had rhinoplasty 3 days ago, why is my tip turning purple?

I just had Rhinoplasty July 29th and I can barely open my eyes they are very swollen and I popped a blood vessel in both my eyes. And both of my eyes are puffy and purple. And the tip of my nose has purple spots bruising
