In history, did any english king ever take a child bride?

anne de mowbray 8th countess of norfolk died as a child bride at the age of nine.she was the bride of richard of shrewsbury.it was encouraged to marry so young?..did a english monarch ever have a young mistress or wife?..i would like to say that i do not condone this type of behavior.were child brides common practice with people years ago?
