Windows 7 green dots?

Just a half an hour ago my lcd was fine, now there are little green and purple dots along the edges of the screen, like tunnel vision. I have a cleaning lady over, and I was wonding if she bumped into anything or messed something up, or if is just a computer problem. PLEASE HELP
